Bound in original brown cloth, gilt, with gilt block of publisher's device on front board. in unclipped pictorial dust wrapper, which is lightly sunned; otherwise a very good copy. Illustrated by frontispiece and by 418 text figures. Decorated by title page vignette. A well illustrated study of the preparatory sketches and models made by sculptors before they are able to create their finished works of art.
